SHIPPING, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments are made using the couriers DHL and FEDEX.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Italy: from €10 (free for orders over €150)
EU: from €15
Outside EU: from €20 up, it depends on the country 

Shipping costs vary depending on the number of items and the country of destination, so we always recommend checking the amount before check-out.

Dispatching of orders
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 GMT +1, except on Sundays and Italian public holidays.
The product range presented on Breficom.com reflects the real availability of each article, by size and by colour, as the website is connected to all of the warehouses that store the displayed items and all stock data is updated in real time. Items will only be ready for shipping once payments have been made and checked.

Traceability
Once the order has been dispatched customers will receive an email with the shipment tracking number so they can monitor its progress.

Italy 1-2 working days
EU 2-3 working days
Outside EU 2-3 working days

Order delivery
When the package is delivered, the customer should inspect it thoroughly before confirming delivery by signing the delivery receipt. On signing the delivery receipt, the merchandise becomes the property of the customer.

Click & Collect
Customers can choose to collect their goods free of charge from one of our stores. An email will be sent to the customer when their package is ready for collection. When the customer collects their order the store manager will ask them for their order number, name and surname.

Taxes and Duties
All shipments outside the European Union are subject to import taxes and local taxes which vary according to the type and value of the goods. Shipments of Extra EU orders will be in DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Duties must be paid from the Customer directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
